I hope that you will find the information helpful and that it gives you a taste of the happy, industrious school that we are.

The Governing Body and staff of Robertswood School take seriously our responsibility under Section 175 Education Act 2002 (Section 157 for independent schools) to safeguard and promote the welfare of our pupils/students, to minimise risk and to work together with other agencies to ensure adequate arrangements are in place within our school to identify, assess, and support those children who are suffering harm.

Robertswood School, in all policies and procedures, will promote equality of opportunity for students and staff from all social, cultural and economic backgrounds and ensure freedom from discrimination on the basis of membership of any group, including gender, sexual orientation, family circumstances, ethnic or national origin, disability (physical or mental), religious or political beliefs.

  • To create a safe, happy, stimulating, supportive and well-resourced environment
  • To develop a love for learning and a passion for discovery
  • To develop self-esteem, respect and confidence to deal effectively with life’s challenges
  • To provide opportunities to acquire skills and adopt attitudes required to be successful and fulfilled
  • To encourage everyone to discover, use and develop their capabilities in order to achieve their full potential
If you are considering Robertswood the school for your child, I would be happy to meet you and show you around. Please contact the school office to make an appointment as there are regular opportunities to visit and see the school in action. I hope that you will enjoy exploring our website.
